I don't think either is 'better', but depending on your personality and lifestyle, one you be better for you personally! I am naturally a morning person and have been my whole life, even before I went to college. That led me to prefer and perform better in morning classes. My roommate was exactly the opposite! She was a night owl and prefered to have her classes in the afternoon and evening because that was when she was most productive. I think considering your learning habits and lifestyle can help you decide which could be better for you.

It all depends on your lifestyle and the availability. Are you a morning person or a evening one? Just make sure to review the material to you took in class before you go to sleep.
