As anesthesiologist you want to be a really good team player! Your job is to monitor the patient as they are asleep during surgery to make sure that their body is functioning normally, if there is a problem you need to be able to speak up and make sure the other surgeons and nurses in the room are on board. It is good to be advanced in math, although not a necessity. You want to be confident in yourself, but respectful to others.
