When researching a company that you want to apply at, they often list their values, mission and culture in the About Us section of their website. Companies will list what their values are which tend to translate in what they look for in people and how their teams work. Some companies will list environment or other causes that are important to them. Some list the they encourage their employees to give back to the community. On some company websites, they describe what they expect from employees and also some testimonials from them as well. Researching the company you are interested in applying to or working for is important to see what they offer. You can also look at websites like Glassdoor.com to see company reviews as well. Its like a Yelp for companies. Good luck in finding a match!

Working for a big company is great and it comes with a lot of perks, but if it wasn't for the values that Dell Technologies holds it wouldn't be as much of a valuable experience. You want to be able to work for a company that thinks the same things you think are important are also important. It gives you a sense of belonging and everyday doesn't feel so much like work. It feels like your making an impact; somewhere, somehow. Be sure to look up company values when determining where you'd like to work.
