What are some good ways to track your spending in college?
I am going to be attending a university and I will be living on my own. I don't have much money right now, so I was wondering what are some ways to track your spending and make sure that I will budget correctly. Should I just write down what I spend or are there other options such as phone apps that I could use?

There is a really awesome app called YNAB (You Need a Budget). It's really easy to use budgeting software and it's free for students!
You need a PC to link with the current free one (YNAB 4), but it's a really awesome app that I love!

There are some good youtube videos about how to budget your money, this is one and a method I like for for high school and college students just starting out, it can really help you from over spending and help you understand where your money is going
