Ivan, not too sure what your question is here. Regarding Civil Engineering, if you are curious about its potential. I would do your due diligence before pursuing it and its longevity. I do see here in San Francisco and in Paris restructure of roads and buildings for more bikeways and walkways to approach less carbon emission.
