There is no perfect job for everyone. Two things critical for your career are:
- Chasing for what you like
- Being the top player

If you love animation and have the talent and the will to be in the position for a long time, it is an excellent job for you! Meanwhile, the animation market is huge. There are plenty of opportunities there.

Good job for me is defined as something you like or are passionate about. Having the skill is just 50% and will not be enough if you don't have the heart for it.

Nikko recommends the following next steps:

Try making up animations and posting them on the internet.
If you feel like you love it, you can probably go for applying at animation studios.
Money comes next.
