Being a citizen of Bhutan - joining an Indian Army may not be easy.
So inquire within the govt website to find out of there is any collaboration between Bhutan and India to join military.

As I know Indian armed forces is open for Indian and Nepalese. Other neighboring countries, can get trained, India army has a training center in Bhutan. May be, they can guide you better. The Indian Army maintains a training mission in Bhutan, known as the Indian Military Training Team (IMTRAT), which is responsible for the training personnel of Royal Bhutan forces RBA and RBG . All RBA and RBG officers are trained at the Indian Army's officer training institutes, namely the National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune , and the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun.
