Travis’s Answer

Hi Mahmuda,
This is a great question that I think we all ask from time to time! One of the best ways to know if you are on the right track is to set measurable goals - these can be related to your job or career, personal life, finances, etc. By setting goals, you can then plan out what steps to take to reach them and that will inform some of the choices you make. Make sure you write down your goals! Then list some steps you can take to move closer to them. When you come to a place where you need to make a choice about something, ask yourself if it is helping you move closer to your goals or not. If the answer is no, perhaps consider another choice. If this answer is yes, you are probably on the right path.
