If you're ever curious about what it took to do a game, a movie and other big works of art, take a look at the credits.
Then you can search any specific role that sounds interesting on google and even find job postings for the role, detailing what they want in someone for that role.
It takes:
A team with 3D Modelling + Animation skills for all 3D models.
Level designers with skills for creating good maps that's fair to both sides of a match.
A team of game programmers with specialized knowledge for each part of the game logic: gameplay scripting, networking code, physics, UI, shaders, backend servers.
Audio engineers and composers for music and sound effects.
Product managers, art directors, managers, motion actors, voice actors :)
