In what way does ‘Brother’ printer offline come about?

HI, by printer being offline, I am guessing you try to send a document to the printer and you get an error message and nothing happens.
A printer can be on a network where many users share that printer or can be local where no one can use that printer except you.
When you get an error message from printing a document, you usually get an error message and that message is what you need to understand since it can be soooooo many issues... for example if your printer has no printing paper, or no ink etc...or your not pointing to the right print server, those can all be problematic. The key to understand the error message. Once you understand the error message, most of the times if you google it, or call brother tech support they usually have answers for you..I hope that help..you must undertand the error message first.
