I think you should look into renewable energy courses if you're in college! I just started to learn more about it, and in the process, they teach you a lot regarding the alternatives and processes of alternative fuels, energy, and more! I think environmental engineers would probably be the most relevant career for that, or even an environmental politician/lobbyist, so you can go into fighting for creating new policies to reduce/cut fossil fuels out of our consumption!
