What would a normal day as a fire marshal be like and what would it involve? ?

currently in 10th grade, interested in being a fire marshal or something around it. any good classes to take or programs to look into? would college for this be available?

I would recommend you visit your local fire fighter station and talk to the firefighters. They are always friendly and willing to help with questions.

I would also suggest that you approach the local fire station/marshall and talk to them about their views and inquire also about the courses available in this field.

A day as a fire Marshal is a Joyful thing. You are saving a life!
I advise you start by participating in Local or online programs, conferences, Webinars on Fire Service, Read posts on fire service, find Online clubs and volunteer for a start.

This will steer your growth and create a balance in knowledge on what to expect as you keep growing.

You can proceed with any program in your College level and plan to apply to fire service after graduation. The Role Fire Marshal is a top post which you will need to be promoted to reach starting with a Fire Cadre Officer 1
