What word for SCRUM process?

Hello. I can't find the right word combination. I work at master thesis writing service and am currently writing a dissertation on the topic of scrum planning methodology in an IT company. I don't know the right word to choose to describe the process of estimating how much time a certain task will take

Story pointing user stories. This helps determine the LOE (level of effort) on developing that product. This happens in the grooming process of the agile methodology. There are many youtube videos on agile that might help you. Good luck!

Todd’s Answer

I would just call this "estimation" or "story estimation" or "story points". Each team will have a different way of doing estimation and there are various methods to capture the estimate such as t-shirt sizing, Fibonacci sequence, etc, but all of them tend to be methods of determining a relative size of the work vs. trying to estimate an absolute value (e.g. 10 hours)
