Try thinking about things that you like to do, things that you're good at... this way you can focus in an area of study and reduce the list of options so you won't fell overwhelmed.
You can start doing a list of the thinks you like and another list of the things you're good at, you'll notice a patern, that is because we're generally good at the things we like, when you like your job, the chances of you being good at it and happy when doing it are pretty high!
