There is not a specific field that you need. All you need is a Bachelors degree and to pass the LSAT exam to become a lawyer!!

There is not a specific field! You need to take the LSAT at one point towards the end of college to apply for graduate school to become a lawyer. I recommend spending time studying for the LSAT the same way you would for the ACT or SAT. Since you would be applying to graduate school make sure you keep your grades up so maybe don’t do a major that is too difficult for you; don’t let that take you down though. You can literally do anything you have your mind set to be. Some recommendations I have for majors before law school is political science, public relations, communications, or a business major. At most colleges there are definitely classes that they recommend for people that want to go to law school, so definitely talk to a counselor about that or do some research on the college website. You can even call them about your inquiries. Hope that helped ! :)
