I'm curious as to what a good Introductory job for someone coming out of the Job Corps Advanced Manufacturing program, I will have skills and be certified in CAD, Milling and planing, Lathing, and welding as well in OSHA and NIMS. so I was curious about what kind of job would pay the best and be willing to work around a college schedule since I want to go into aerospace engineering with the skills and certifications I earn here.

Is there any specialization that you wished they had learned earlier in your career or still want to learn. I'm also wondering about the average work conditions and hours, if they are heinous or relaxed. I am also wondering about upward or lateral mobility, the prospects of advancing to a more managerial role or some other adjacent or higher paying job.

Hello, I am a newly sprouted seedling in welding, and I am interested in potentially working on boilers or engines. Can anyone offer advice in regards to how I could learn the techniques for this line of work? I am studying at the Northlands Job Corps Center and intend to go into the welding program. Provided I am not derailed or find another option, I also plan to do their Advanced Training. If anyone welds pieces for boilers or engines, what's the work like? Is it fulfilling and does it engage any creative centers? Thank you for your time.
