If you already have a bachelor’s degree in education, you will still need to complete a master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or any related field which meets the requirements set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In addition to completion of your masters degree, you must complete 2,000 hours of supervised fieldwork (can often be done during your master’s program) and pass the BCBA certification exam. So in all 2-3 years from when you start your masters. Hope this helps!

Thank you for your question. Masters program in ABA is two years but there are other ways of becoming a BCBA training and a test for your information. Hope you found this helpful.
