How can I raise money for my project?

I'm a student doing master's in sanitation and currently want to start a project but financially am failing to raise money to finish my studies this May. My ambition is to raise more awareness on antibiotics resistance bacteria from treated waste which is my topic and help combat AMR world wide)

Hi Madalitso,

It's great that you have already found a project that interests you and a vision for rhe future, but why do YOU need to raise funds for your project? Have you got a supervisor for the project yet? It would be their job to find funding for the project. You should at most have to find a bursary for yourself.

If you have a supervisor, but can't find funding look into collaborating with someone who does research in that area. I know the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation supports some sanitation projects in Africa. I left some links for you below for more information.
