I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "talent pipeline management program" but just about every college focuses on making sure you have a job after graduation, especially in the business schools. For example, you can look at the website for a university's business school, and usually they will provide statistics on how many of their students have a job lined up after college.

I know for example that the business school at the University of Texas at Austin requires an internship as a school credit. There are many resources to help you find an internship or job, and if you do not find an internship, they offer a practicum course where you work with a company on a project over the semester where you can build skills and relationships with those companies.

Keep an eye out for those statistics and the resources that each school offers!
