What are some tips to get through flight school?
I got my private at a small 61 and I'll be attending Spartan College to finish my ratings in 3 weeks. I am wondering if there are any study tips you live by or even general college tips to get me through. #Spring25

Blythe: My advice is remember in your flight training, don't look at the "big" picture as it will overwhelm you.
Remember the first time you looked at a FAA Sectional Chart. It was probably very confusing, then little by little it all started to make sense to you.
Take what the flight instructors give you which will be small bits at a time. The nice thing about a Part 141 school, is along with your flight instructor, you will get progress flight reviews by other instructors, who can point out where you might need additional instruction.
My best recommendation is have enough money to be able to fly at least 3 times a week. This will save you money in the long run as there will be less review of the previous lessons required.
Enjoy your journey.
