Bradley’s Answer

Hard work! Just don't just occupy a seat in the class room or online. Be the first one done with your work and don't procrastinate. Engage with your peers respectfully on the post or in person. Always be encouraging and never be degrading even if you don't agree with the topic or the person. And most importantly take advantage of the opportunity to learn something new. It's a blessing to be able to go to college and get a degree in something you love. My wife and I both graduated with a Bachler's degree. She had a 3.9 GPA and I had a 3.4 at the end of the course. I graduated with the Outstanding Award and she didn't. I'm a hard worker and my wife is just plain smarter than me.

Bo’s Answer

Great question!

Curiosity and respectful communication.

I've attended many recruiting events and have always been impressed by the students and candidates that asked questions and listened as opposed to those that attempted to tailor the conversations towards themselves. Furthermore, if you are in a group networking event, talk to other students and listen to them as well. Communication and curiosity and important in many fields and I think demonstrating this quality can help you stand out.

Cheers!
