What are some classes I should watch out for the medicine career?

I've been told constantly that there are certain classes which I should look out for and not take like the rest.

I don't think you have been given great advice. There are no bad classes. You have to take (and get good grades) prerequisite courses. Other than that, you should take courses that interest you. I still remember how much I learned and enjoyed in college taking courses on music, theater, anthropology, psychology, and French.
One caveat: since good grades are very important to get into medical school, you do want to consider classes that are known to be difficult to get 'A's in.

Hi! I agree with Dr. James Hanson's advice—it's both important and uplifting. Remember, there are no bad classes. School is your chance to learn about many different subjects, and that's the whole point of going! While you'll have some required science classes, try to explore as much as you can. Good luck!
