How will my EMT certification help my medical school application?

I'm bound to receive my EMT certification (if I pass my exams), but my main concern is the ways I can utilize it to amplify my medical school app when I'm in college.

Hi Nihal,

Applications to medical school are very competitive. You'll need to maintain an excellent GPA during your undergraduate studies and achieve a great MCAT score. Additionally, medical schools expect 100s of hours of medical experience.

Having an EMT license and working in the field will give you not only a source of income during your undergraduate studies but demonstrate your dedication to the medical field and show that you know what a medical profession is all about.

I hope this helps! All the best to you!
