What is the best way to gain knolage and experiance as a softmore ?

When I was in high school I went to local dental offices and asked if I could shadow for a day or shadow after school. I was able to go to one of the offices and watch how the office worked, it was really cool! Highly recommend.

Join one or two important clubs or groups and take on real roles. Find part-time work, internships, or volunteer jobs related to your field, even if they are short. Start personal projects like writing, coding, designing, organizing events, or creating a small initiative to show your initiative. Watch and learn from older students, graduates, or professionals to understand how skills work in real life. Create a simple portfolio or resume to keep track of your achievements.
