The biggest thing will be managing your time well since you’ll be pulled in two directions. I’d recommend mapping out your weekly schedule with classes, practice, and study time so you can see everything clearly.
The key is staying ahead when you can. Start assignments early, even in small chunks, so you’re not overwhelmed when practice gets busy or schedules change.
Also, use any unexpected free time—like canceled practices—to get ahead on schoolwork. That flexibility will make a big difference.
Overall, it comes down to staying organized, being proactive, and using your time wisely.

Being able to manage multiple big responsibilities at the same time is a great skill that will help in the future.
I have found that by planning ahead, especially with knowing what exams, projects, and assignments that are due, I can dedicate the right amount of time to those classes while still doing well in sports.
Even though it may seem difficult to get everything done, I start with the small things on my checklist and move up from there. Sometimes it requires sacrificing social time with friends to be able to get everything done but it’s worth it.
