I’ve been reading about the new FAFSA fraud-detection measures too. From what I understand, the main goal is to reduce fraudulent applications and identity theft, although some students and schools are concerned it could make the process more difficult for legitimate applicants. I think it’s important for students to stay informed, apply early, and make sure all their documentation is accurate and ready.
