Hi Clarence! I'd recommend two key steps for you:
1) Take a look at the job postings now (even if you are years from applying). US Border Control posts their job openings on USAJobs.gov (and it's linked on their career page). Take a look at the job descriptions, requirements, and qualifications. Then consider, what do you need to do/study/experience to meet as many of these requirements as you can.
2) Custom and Border Patrol also has a lot of information on their career paths on their website: https://careers.cbp.gov/s/career-paths

Take criminal justice or related field in undergrad degree and then apply through USAJOBS.gov using federal resume.
