I would highly recommend getting as much education as you can. Many employers look at a master's degree the same way they saw an undergrad degree 20 years ago. So if you want to give yourself the most opportunities, get the most education.

I would say yes many companies look for this and a higher education does not hurt to have.

Definitely! If you are already in school going for your undergraduate degree, it won't be a hard transition going for your Masters. You are already in "school mode" so you can see it through. I was going to get my Masters in business administration back in 2009 when I graduated with my undergrad degree. I decided to wait and I still have not gone back and it's almost 10 years later. Don't be like me. Go get that Masters!
