Thank you comment icon It would also be important to talk to cooks/chefs and managers in restaurants to determine what qualities they might be looking for in a cook/chef. This would tell you what would be appropriate, as it would identify what they would look for on a resume. You always want to put on the resume that which would make you look best to the hiring people. Ken Simmons
