What do you enjoy the most about your job that you have?

I work as part of the Recruitment teams at PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC) and I have many examples to choose from in regards to things I enjoy about my job. However, if it comes down to me summarizing with one answer for you I would say it is the culture of the firm. This includes how we are treated (as human beings rather than numbers in an equation), how we are supported by our peers as well as our seniors, the freedom to be human which involves occasionally making mistakes but also ensuring that we learn from them as "to err is human" so we make it work for us. This is just the tip of the iceberg but in my 25 year career path I've never been more proud to represent an organization and I feel I am appreciated here more than I have ever been.

A "next step" suggestion to anyone moving forward with / starting their career is to work out what motivates you. For some it's being appreciated, for some it's work/life balance, for some it's career growth opportunities and for some it's money. These are not the only motivators in life but they are common in regards to realistic consideration for existence. Ask yourself; What will fulfill you the most? For me, it's being appreciated. That is worth more to me than money and I have turned down jobs with higher salaries as they did not come with such a positive culture and I would not have enjoyed myself as much. Enjoy life, it's the only one you have!

I love that my job allows me to do things that I love to do and have been successful at. My co-workers are all friendly, helpful, and there is no drama-which it is sometimes hard to find a team with those qualities.

For me the best part of my job is being able to help people. There is nothing better then seeing the joy on someone's face when you teach them something new. It's always best to look for the good in the jobs. Every job will have a negative with it but Most of the time the positives will out way the bad!

I have worked for Verizon Wireless for over 19 years and had various different positions in the company. I love that I have the opportunity to try so many different career paths and change ongoing as the company evolves. I also love that I get to help people realize their career paths and make their lives better. Find your passion and find a way to help others through that passion.

I currently work in the mortgage industry. What I like most about my job are the people I work with. I also like to the fact that we are helping people. As well as, I like the benefits my job has and it pays well.

I'm a Software Engineer, and the part of my job that I enjoy the most is that I am constantly challenged by my work. Every day I have hard problems to solve, and not only does that keep me working hard, but it's incredibly satisfying to be pushing myself to be better and better.

Currently working for Verizon Wireless. What I like most is the flexibility it gives me to work around other things in my life such as family and hobbies. I recently started working from home and it allows me so much more time with my family since I no longer have a 45 minute commute each way. The company provides options for paid time of and making up work time on a different day in a week so I can do things that I need to do outside of work. That makes for a great work/life balance.

Hi, I'm a quality assurance automation engineer, and I can say that I enjoy almost everything about my job and I will give you a couple of examples:

• I do what i like the most working in tech industry at a great large company.
• I have a great team with really nice people with, every day with them is cheering my life.
• I have the opportunity to learn every day, from a lot of people with experience in life and in tech.
• I made a lot of new connections, met different kind of people from different nations and that was amazing .
