Anna’s Answer

When I research salaries for companies I am interested in, I like to rely on the Glassdoor website. Here is their link to CNA salaries: https://www.glassdoor.com/Salary/CNA-Financial-Analyst-Salaries-E121_D_KO4,21.htm

Shawn (Shoaib)’s Answer

Glassdoor is a great tool, as is LinkedIn (search jobs and companies). But have you tried talking to someone who is already a CNA? volunteered at a hospital or doctors office? These will help build references and give a better view of the medial field in general and may open up a different path.

Shawn (Shoaib) recommends the following next steps:

Develop a Ed plan to acheive CNA
Find Volunteer opprtunities at the local hospital or doctors office
Find (pester) a know medical professional and ask them to be a mentor
