There are different areas of biotech: agriclulture, biofuels, Medical/Healthcare, etc. First you may want to narrow down which interests you more and focus on those areas. As suggested above once you have an idea of which type of biotech industry interestes you, start searching school websites looking at there bioengineering degrees or there science departments to get a better idea of what they offer.
