What is your mission to accomplish?

Art is a form of meditation to me, so being able to find a job where the focus is art and guiding others through art feels like the best job fit that I could possibly find.

Markese’s Answer

Art isn't just a hobby nor job .. people with these extraordinary talents were hand picked and are blessed. Many artist often find it hard to maneuver through this world and find a crowd that's appreciates there specific flavor of talent. With that being said it's really up to the artist to keep consistent with there work and to continue to showcase it to the world and network. The only way to really grasp an artists mental is to truly watch them work and converse with them in there time of creation. All my life I've heard people say I wish I could do that or I wish I had the abilities you did and it's flattering but it's more than just and ability our work is a story that is mental but can be expressed in colors, lines , shades and so much more . My ultimate goal is for every artist to have a platform so that they may be able to reach many people because I believe each peice created is someone else's story, it's just so complicated that we may never gain that platform for the one person or group of people stop actually see it .

Lilliana’s Answer

I tend to make art that advocates for a cause or to raise awareness about a certain topic! The main message is to get my point across to whoever takes the time to look. I also use art as a way to express myself when I'm not advocating. In that case, the point would be to let people know how I'm feeling or what's going on in my mind. Being an artist and having this as part of my career is the best thing I could have asked for! If this is something you are passionate about pursue it!

Abhay’s Answer

As an artist, my main focus lies in Visual Effects. What drives my practice is the ideology of fantasy. The thoughts and myths that are ever-present in my imagination drive me to create things that have a mixture of both real, unreal and surreal. Originally my passion lied in Visual Communication but later on as my knowledge grew so did my field of interest, leading me to my current practice. Value plays are a great part of my work as I create it to not only set the mood of the piece but also to add ambiguity. I might concede that analysis has its uses and that discussion can occasionally yield some valuable insights, but deep down I know that only action is real which leads to performance. My obsessive nature of making things right and my impeccable ethics combine to create the entirety of my artistic practice. My works focus on concepts of fear and myth in the 3D realm. I tend to create pieces that occur in my dreams and idle imagination. They act as a kick start to my brainstorming. The unintentional thoughts I have in my head. I just randomly think up a creature in my environment and its superpowers. They are a combination of mythical objects but in a realistic environment. This is what drives me to create all the time. Ultimately, my work talks about the relationships a person experiences and how they connect with my imagination. By focussing on realistic textures in the 3D realm that coincides with my fantastical creations, I can create my own surreal environment. Recently, I have been trying to explore particle simulations in a 3D software such as Maya and RealFlow. The simulations in my pieces act as a bridge between my intended thoughts and the audience's perspective which gives it an ambiguous narrative. The audience is given their own opportunity to take hold of my imagination while others take refuge in the existing rules involved in dynamic creativity. Through all these aspects, I create work that indulges the minds of all and brings to reality to the forefront of nature’s fantasy.

Eduardo’s Answer

I Believe that art is a medium that allows us all to express ourselves to our fullest, no matter the skill level it helps us not only cope with problems but possibly even help resolve them. Art is a vast abstract medium that is capable of many things and can teach valuable lessons such as how and why hard work is important. I hope to one day become an art teacher for Kids, and help show them that no matter what skill level they start at they can achieve there dreams

Thelma’s Answer

My mission is to show the art world my perfectionist work. Abstract and modern art is more acceptable... is there anything wrong with “my art”... it is art and I love it! Hard work put into it.
My dream is to help less fortunate people, not only kids but families in need. Combo that with my art!
