what is your source of motivation to strive in your career?

Impact to industry that will help communities to ease in their day to day life. It will always motivate you each day or on new assignments.

The prime motivation for me is to do work I enjoy. The monetary aspect of it is also important, after all you would want to feel aptly rewarded for the efforts you put in. However all that matters is at the end of a long day, you should be satisfied with your work.

For any one, the best motivation is his/her own interest in that particular field. If you are not interested in the field in which you are working, no matter how much motivation others are giving you, it is going to be of no use.

So follow your own interest and do not copy others.
