The favorite part of my job is working with people. As a sales manager I get the opportunity to work with a variety of different types of personalities. The job has helped me grow as an individual. I have had to learn that everyone approaches each situation differently. They don't have to do it exactly like me to get a positive end result. That was difficult initially.

Every day I help people.

Even if it is not part of your job try to help if not find someone who would be able to help.

I was told when you meet people let them know to reach out to you if they need assistance with anything and not the other way around.

My favorite part of my job is getting the results I working hard for. Getting those responses to my emails or meetings booked is so rewarding after putting in the work! Also - learning new things about the industry and my role every day. It is a little different form school where at my job I can use what I just learned in a real work scenario. The things I am learning are a bit more practical (things I can use everyday to be better at my job) than conceptual.

My career is my personal passion - they say "Do what you love and you will never work a day in your life" I have worked many jobs, but what I enjoy is being able to see a property, correcting all its flaws and making it a dream come true for another person.
