Like any profession that has field engineers or professionals, we look for people with:

- Reliable, people who will get the job done, and can be relied on to be there on time and solve the issue.
- Accountable, people who if they mess up, fess up and correct the problem, we all human and mistakes happen, learn from them.
- Detail Oriented, as Jason said attention to the small details is key
- Respectful, respect the customer/client, fellow employees and everyone you work with.
