Iris’s Answer

I have to say, you can't see the problems as the end of the world or they are the worst thing that happen to you. Always see them as a opportunity to improve, to stop you and give you time to think how you can do better next time. Problems always exist, in all jobs, in all careers but you need to convert them in tools to give you more experiences and the opportunity to improve.

Rose’s Answer

Hi Blake, I think the better question is how do you deal with problems.  The thing is that you are always going to have problems.  It doesn't matter who you are, how old you are or if you are rich or poor.  Everyone has problems.  The real answer is how do you deal with your problems.  I think the key here is your attitude about the problem.  Your mindset is either a growth mindset or a fixed mindset.  If you have a growth mindset you review the problem and figure out the best possible solution and make the best of it.  If you have a fixed mindset you are going to blame the world for your problems and you will always be stuck.  I encourage you to have a growth mindset whenever you deal with any problem.  :)
