I am working in retail. I will meet different person and experience different everyday. To be a sales, you should find out which kinds of experience will make you feel fulfilment. which kinds of experience you will think it can help you or enrich other people's life. communication skill and presentation skill are the most important skill. This is not only on your working area and even for your daily life.
