As the other answers indicate, there are a lot of options that meet your requirements. You will want to try different things and see what resonates. You should also be aware of the competitive landscape you're dealing with. Remote jobs have many upsides, but one downside is that you're competing with more people for them because anyone can apply and they're very appealing to a lot of people. You will want to think hard about what you can offer to stand out, especially in a crowded field like communications. Maybe you can get a lot of practical experience now, even through unpaid internships, or maybe you can specialize in one or two areas rather than being a generalist. Your writing will also need to be top-notch, because mistakes or poor writing will be an easy filter for hiring managers who have to sort through dozens or hundreds of applications. It would also help to try to make as many connections as possible, because that will help move a qualified applicant to the top of the pile.
You can definitely end up in a job like this with a plan, but it will be tough at first and you may have to start out working in an office and transition to remote with more experience. That may be for the best though, because it's harder to learn a new job and organization when you're remote.

So many great answers here already! One thing I would like to add - be open to working in an office in the beginning. I learned so much through my education, but it was the ability to shadow colleagues and interacting that really helped me in the beginning of my career. To be honest, most of what I know now and the skills I use everyday were all gained from day-to-day on the job experience. It's also a great opportunity to have time with your leaders so that they can see that you are a strong member of the team.
