If you wish to get a job in the merchant navy, then you can do so by becoming a marine engineer using your mechanical engineering degree.

Hi Nandu


After 10th do Maths/Physics/Computer science/Chemistry in PUC/12th post that you can either do Bachelor degree like B.E.Harbour & Ocean Engineering, B.E.Naval Architecture and Offshore Engineering B.E.Marine Engineering or B.Sc.Nautical Science or Diploma in Nautical Science.


After doing B.Sc u can do M.Sc Nautical science which is equal to Bachelor degree.
