Well Brandon that depends on what your goals are for utilizing it. Many engineering degrees will involve CAD work so by extension would be good fits particularly Civil and Mechanical engineering. Architecture and Drafting can also be good fields of study to accompany it. I think the best thing to do is find out what you want to do with CAD given there are many other areas it is useful.

There are many different fields and degrees which use CAD as a toolset. Mechanical/Aeronautical engineering among them. Get a good idea of what type of work you want to do and then which degree will best align to it.
