I'm Jaylen and I am majoring in Exercise Science. Hopefully switching to the Pre-Med program after my freshmen year. Out of all the characteristics like flexibility, leadership, patience, etc. which one is the most important to acquire before having a real job? I just want to be prepared and know what to do in order to attain that trait. #any

All of the skills you mentioned are important. Personally, I believe the ability to network is the most important skill in the job place. This is an underrated skill and isn't necessarily taught. Get in the habit of introducing yourself to people, reaching out, and staying in touch with those you meet. Start with your professors, classmates, student organization presidents etc.... Many jobs and opportunities come just from knowing the right people and them being able to vouch to your capabilities and character.
