Excellent question. There are a number of well rounded colleges in Oklahoma which can provide you with the fundamentals you need to pursue a career in the biological sciences. However, it does not appear there are many offering a degree plan in marine biology. Generally, schools offering degrees in marine biology will be located near an ocean. There are number of schools in Texas (e.g. Texas A&M Corpus Cristi and Galveston) which offer this program. I recommend you begin your search online with "Colleges in (state) offering a degree program in marine biology". You can also check the national ranking of the universities in the state you choose.
