In what ways are the jobs and careers of doctors and nurses similar and different?

When I tell people that I plan on possibly attending medical school in the future, many of them try to encourage me to consider nursing, because it is less time consuming to get the necessary education. I don't want to be swayed by the financial aspect of a certain career path. I want to find out more about the careers and daily duties of both medical professionals. #doctor #medicine #nurse #healthcare

Then, I would recommend looking for opportunities to volunteer or work in a hospital or other healthcare setting so that you can get a first-hand view of how the roles differ and even talk to individuals who are in both to ask about the differences and how they chose what to do.
