I can tell that for me it helped me a lot to read english books, articles etc.
Keep in mind it could be useful to choose your readings, depending in what industry/sector you want to work.
I used to read, every evening before going to sleep. I also started to talk english with my wife at home, just as an exercise.

Reading English articles and books is a good choice. You also can attend CESL (Center for English as a Second Language) for improving writing because they offered those classes for foreigners.

To improve your writing skill, you should focus on reading and grammar.
By focusing on reading, you will improve your writing style. Also, the more you read, the more vocabulary you recognize. You can do this step just by reading articles, books, blogs, etc.
As well as reading, you have to focus on grammar so that you produce grammatically accurate work. This can be done by reading grammar books from time to time.

Reading will be a great way to get exposure to writing methods and new vocabulary. You can also casually journal or do creative writing to motivate you to write more consistently.
Some other fun ideas include:
- Write a new word on a notecard each week and try to use it a few times throughout the week. This will help you expand your vocabulary throughout time.
- Write out content and use tools, such as Grammarly, to make edits to your writing. This will allow you to see how your writing could be restructured or simplified, allowing you to make improvements going forward.
- After you've written content, go through multiple rounds of drafting and focus on one particular thing each time. For example, in your first review, focus on improving punctuation, then in the section review focus on cutting unnecessary words, and so on. Once you've completed your review, you'll be able to see a lot of change between your original draft and the final content!
