How much time is typically spent drafting?

Hello!
It depends about the kind of text or document. In Spanish we have to be carefull about the accents. If you don't use them correctlly well, someone can understand in a different way your message.
I always check every word in a plan, punctuation marks, etc. I develop budget or estimating for projects in that documents I spent more time verificating everything because that files always goes to persons very important that will develop that projects. Sometimes you can find some of those persons in a meeting, If you have wrote something wrong they tell you how to do it correctlly... And that is not really comfortable when you have your boss front of you.
