What types of careers are available for a Forestry student?
This is what I have chosen as my major in college. I am an Eagle Scout and love scouting and the outdoors. It is my "passion". #environmental #forestry #naturalist

As an alumni from SUNY ESF, several of my friends were Forestry or Environmental Forest Biology majors. They have used their education in very diverse ways (arborist, land planning and management at an orchard, preservation, a tour guide in the national parks, working with paper mills to replant after clear cutting, education, and lobbying and influencing policy decisions related to preserving open land). Feel free to reach out to someone at ESF and I am sure they will speak to you abut the programs and job opportunities.
