Hi there!
There are so many careers related to the fashion business. My advice would be to get an internship with a brand you admire or see potential in. Just by getting your foot in the door you will have exposure to the business and the different roles involved in making the fashion business run. I currently work in compliance for a fashion brand and found out about the role by observing the team's jobs as a temp.
