I am a RN and I now work 40 hours a week. Hours worked varies depending on where you work. Majority of the facilities work 8 or 12 hours shifts so that will equal 36-40 hours per week depending how it is set up.

In the hospital I worked 3 days a week 12 hour shifts. As a consultant for insurance I work a regular 40 hours.
