Kristen’s Answer

Education and training to be a Certified Professional Midwife takes about 5 years. Education and training to be a Certified Nurse-Midwife requires a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing, then a Master's Degree in Nursing, which depending on what degrees you already have, can take 4-6 years.
